A cropped wrap jacket in cream cotton carries a bold indigo tide-mark across the lower half, its asymmetric hem cutting diagonally at the front. A Kitenge inset lines the lapel. Below, straight-leg trousers in the same cream cotton repeat the tide-mark pattern : Indigo rising from the hem and again at the thigh, leaving a band of white between. The dye is deliberate but organic. No two pieces will ever match exactly. Water shapes everything it touches. This piece is no different.
