This bag is named after the famous artist Jean-Michel Basquiat who created various layers and styles in his paintings to generate impact in society. As well as Basquiat's style and purpose of his art works, my bags seek to generate impact in my community and in society. Each piece is handmade by women artisans, who are female heads of households seeking economic empowerment. Also the project supports the vulnerable community in need, to have access to healthcare services. With every purchase, you're contributing to meaningful social impact through design.
