We offer a 14-day free trial period to test out the platform and our resources The Folklore.

We charge transaction fees when orders, services, or shipping labels are processed on our platform. Transaction fees vary based on the plan you are and are deducted from the net cost of transactions. Transaction fees are automatically deducted from any payouts before money is sent to brands. There are no transaction fees on wholesale orders placed through guest checkout or that were placed by a retailer that the brand invited to join or has as an existing retailer.

Members who opt for an annual membership save 20% on the total cost of their subscription.

The Folklore will charge you once monthly if you are on a monthly plan or once a year if you are on an annual plan. After your 14 day free trial ends, your card on file will be charged and then payment will be automatically charged every 30 days or 365 days after that.

We process membership fees through Stripe. Brands can input any major credit or debit card to pay for membership fees.

You can cancel your membership at any time. To request to cancel,you’ll need to reach out to our support team to assist.

Brands must be invited to join our invite only plans. We evaluate brands based on the maturity of the business and the goals they are looking to accomplish. Brands have to first be an Essentials member to be considered to upgrade to our invite only plans. We frequently assess new members who join The Folklore for upgrade opportunities. If you are selected, you will receive an email from our team.
